Role Description
As a ML engineer intern I worked on the robotics foundation model and focused on double image classification.

Aided in the development of a computer vision model to detect instances of double picks.

Collected & labeled a data set of images & preprocessed data to improve model robustness.

Participated in the training and fine-tuning of the model, achieving 82% initial accuracy.

Ran intrinsic and extrinsic calibration of camera systems to maintain consistent results.

Designed & built a thermal chamber to characterize the performance of vision systems.

Re-designed a perturbation mechanism to reduce the robots down time from 2 minutes to 10 seconds

As a project engineer I was part of the team responsible for the construction of a 35 million dollar ISO 6 clean room expansion project for a confidential semiconductor client.

Managed trade partners, spearheaded coordination, progress, and presinstall meetings.

Each experience was like a new adventure, sparking my curiosity and passion for creating intelligent systems that can learn, adapt, and truly make a difference in our world!
